This introduction session is geared towards lifters hoping to start barbell training, regardless of their athletic history. This is a two-hour private coaching session, where you will learn everything necessary to begin strength training safely and effectively. The session will cover the Squat, Press, Deadlift, and Bench Press. We will also cover proper novice programming strategies, nutrition advice, and any concerns you have going forward. The goal is to provide you with the understanding and confidence you need to begin your training career.

If you are an established lifter looking to solidify your technique, learn new lifts, or prepare for competition, an in person form check and programming consultation could be exactly what you need. These sessions will be highly personalized. We will discuss your goals, and the best way to get there.

online coaching:

This option is tailored to your goals and schedule. It includes fully customized programming, unlimited feedback, and guaranteed 24 hour response times. This includes guidance through the Novice Linear Progression all the way to advanced programming and meet/contest preparation. For athletes, we will work together to create a schedule that meets your needs, in harmony with your current practice schedule.

For Combat Sport athletes, weight cutting is an unfortunate part of our competition. With the correct planning, we can make this normally draining process simple and easy, leaving you to focus on the skills you need to compete.
